properties. If use of fill is found to adverseiy affect adjacent properties, the owner may be ci#ed for violating
the conditions of the bu9tding permit issued under the at#ached permit applicatian, far lots less than one (1}
acre which are elevated by fill, an erigineered drainage plan is requited. '
