TRAN POR7ATION IMPACT/UTILITIES IMPACT AND RESOURCE RECOVERY FEES: The undersigned understands
that Tr nsportation Impact Fees and Recourse Recovery Fees may apply to the construction of new buildings, change of
use in, xisting buildings, or expansion of e�sting bui3dings, as specified in Pasca County Orciinanc� number 89-07 and
90-07, as amended. The undersigned also understands, that such fees, as may be due, will be iden#ified at the time of
permitt ng. It is further understood that Transpo�tation Impact Fees and Resource Recovery Fees must be paid prior to
receivi g a "certificate of occupancy" or final power release. If the project daes not involve a certificate of occupancy or
final p�wec release, the fees must be paid prior to permit issuance. Furthermora, if Pasco Coun#y Water/Sewer Impact
fees a;e due, they must be paid prior ta permit issuance in accordance with applicabie Pasco County ordinanees.
