First off the bat was the organization of the Quarterback Club, headed by Air. G. C. Rosenvold and Mr. W. 1). Skinner. Their first project wr.s a lighted football stadium. Mr. 1. A. Kruesen donated all equipment for building the field. Next in line was the new annex to the Z. H. S. building for the third through the sixth grades. The new basketball court was the next of the many improvements made to the campus during the year. Then came the smash hits of the year, the Senior class play,Brother Goose,"presented January 29th and the Junior class play, "He Couldn't Marry Five."presented March loth, both were hilarious comedies. The Seniors tore the school apart on "Kids Day," which was March 17th, and "Skip - I)ay," April 23rd. On "Kids Day" all seniors were invited to Turner's for breakfast before ccming to schol. Ulson arriving at school a skit was riven by the Sar.iors,and there wasn't much studying done that day. The Junior Senior banquet and prom was held on May 7th, which, as usual, was enjoyed by all who were privileged to go. The Seniors presented as their gift to the school an Opeque Projector to he used for visual education. Class night was held June 4th, in the school auditorium. Baccalaureate was held June 6th, in the Methodist Church and last, but definitely not least, Commencement services held on June 7th in the Ihgh School Auditorium. 5�ocicvt�- CO ` QYgar �Xc OeLUQ.
