Head Majorette: Miss Jere Alston. Jere is a senior
and also a member of the Beta Club and Annual
Staff. She is seen leading the band in all the parades
and at each half-time show during football season.
It is Jere's duty to teach the majorettes their various
routines.

The High School Band presented many spec-
tacular performances this year which were
enjoyed by all who attended the football
games. For the first time the band presented
a series of concerts which featured the senior
members of the band.
