The debate team consists of affirmative and negative
teams, also one extemporaneous speaker. The mem-
bers, chosen by their scholastic recommendations, gain
poise and experience in speech. The topic issued for
debate by the government is Nuclear Disarmament.
Mrs. Kaylor, the sponsor, also helps them with their
speeches, and goes with them to their meetings.
