Mr. Clark has spent innumerable extra hours working with the band members both individually and col-
lectively and always remains pleasant and even-tempered under even the most trying circumstances. The
Junior High Band is composed of seventh and eighth graders and the members are getting valuable experi-
ence in preparation for the high school band. His remarkable high school band stands 85 strong and excels
both in concert and marching.
Mr. Clark sponsors the Pep
Band, a small group that plays
at pep rallies and basketball
games, and the majorettes, A
who are also members of the
band.
From a group of eager, in-
experienced students, usually
starting in the sixth grade, to r
the accomplished band students
of today - all this through the �1

ing efforts of one man, Mr.
