Balanced menus, attractive table settings, discussions of home
life, expression in fabric - all these are part of our course for home-
makers. This course teaches our girls (and some of our boys) the
regular homemakers talents for sewing, cooking, and for developing
a sense of economy. The major part of this is taught through experi-
ence training in the newly-established kitchen and sewing room.
