in the fall of 1969. The actual picture at the bottom left shows Chester Taylor, Supervisor of Pasco
County Public Schools addressing the representatives from over fifty schools at the convention. At
the right, Cliff Brown, president of Z.H.S., Jim Page, president of District IV, meets the Honorable
Sen. William Young, with Mr. Ron Haws, Z.H.S. advisor and Richard Deebs, District IV Vice-
president.
