Every institution needs leadership, a hand to co-ordinate activities, make decisions
and provide for effecient functioning of the school system. The superintendent, Board
of Education, and the Administration form the backbone of the educational system.
The Board representing the people of the community, together with the administrators
attempt to solve the problems of the school. These people are assisted by the counsel-
ors, teachers, and numerous other people.
