and M.I.A.'s, who fought in Southeast Asia. On January 27, 1973 a Peace Treaty was signed in Paris,
which permitted these men to come home. Each bracelet is inscribed with a P. O. W. or M.I. A. 's name
and the date he was captured or confirmed missing in action. It is to be worn with the silent vow that it
will not be removed until the P. O. W. or M.I.A. is heard from or brought HOME.
