The officers council is made up of the Band
Captain, Drum Majors, First Lieutenant, Sec-
ond Lieutenant, Head Majorette, and Flag
Corps Captain.
The Band Captain will be the chairman of
4 the Council.
Duties and responsibilities of the Officers
Council are as follows:
y 1. Responsible for reviewing band policies
and making improvements.
2. To act as a review board for student
grievances.
3. To assist the director in deciding which

and responsibilities are:
