FRESHMEN
CLASS OF "80"
A MOUSE IN A MAZE? Freshmen enter Zephyrhills High with mixed feelings, losing themselves in circular hallways, and being
run over and ignored by upper classmen who even gave them the wrong directions to classes. The worst that could happen was
receiving a locker in the farthest possible area away from all people, classrooms and bathrooms. These complications were
overlooked as all freshmen have the same problems, but how can one forget when one homeroom was scheduled in a boy's
bathroom! !
The class of 1980 showed quite early in the year their intention to prove themselves as equals by participation in numerous
activities such as placing first in the float contest during Homecoming week. Posters were made and spirit rang out expressing
their desires to support the Bulldogs at all athletic events.
Freshmen surpassed many obstacles during the year and obscurity now forgotten, they move on to more challenging and excit-
ing times throughout their high school years.
