Next to realizing that one has
come to school completely in the
nude, getting in front of the
entire school on a weekly basis is
probably one of the biggest fears
7 that a student would have. Yet,
somehow, these few manage to do
it every week, with poise and
t grace. Couple that with the
` . _ attempt to run spots and to put
out creative effort for the whole
school to judge, it's a wonder they
come to school each morning. But,
for the sake of school news and
our laughter, we're thankful they
do.

UHURA
In Swahali, UHURA means "freedom". There's probably not
a language more foreign to our native ears than this one.
However, the message that UHURA stands for falls on all of
our ears with equal weight. Freedom to be... simply,
freedom to be. There is no English-speaking Floridian who
does not understand this Swahali concept.
