Remember being young and playing the same game, day after
day? Students love reminiscing about their favorite childhood games. By
far, Hide and Seek was the most popular because it is the easiest game to

When given a list of the most popular childhood games, twelve
favorite thing to do at recess students chose which one they liked best. The common games selected
was play kickball with all of were the exhilarating game of Red Light, Green Light or a calm but active
time jump roping! "My favorite game when I was a child would have to be
my friends." Candy Land because of all the colors and destinations there are on the
board," said Moriah Lee.
One game chosen was Kickball, due to the competition between
the two teams. Coleen Lawrence shared that her favorite childhood game
was Duck, Duck, Goose. She stated, "It was so much fun too trick people
during this game; that is why I loved it so much."
Aaron Kinney,10th Thinking back, what was your favorite childhood game? Whether
an active, engaging game outside with friends like Kickball or an intellec-
tual board game inside with your best pal, twenty years down the road we
will remember the fun times surrounding those childhood games.
