Because of the wonderful year-round weather, Florida offers many outdoor ac-
tivities. Being a popular vacation spot, we offer theme parks, beaches, air boats, hiking
trails, and sporting events. Florida natives also enjoy endless days of motorcycle riding,
mud bogging, floating down Rainbow River, and venturing down Alligator Alley.
Some days are spent with the family and other days are spent with friends. No
matter what, fun is the key to every activity. Brianna Vaughn said, "I love to go to the
beach with my friends and layout in the hot sun. If we can't go to the beach, then we
always have fun going to Busch Gardens."
Do you know anybody up north who would even think to wear shorts in winter?
In Florida, shorts and flip flops are common attire. Most of the time it's hot and sunny
out, and mostly everyone would want to spend the day somewhere outside having fun
with family and friends. -.�.
The lifestyle in Florida affords almost unlimited possibilities (yes, even ice . �"l=
rinks). How many states can you walk into a neighborhood yard and pick a ripe orange
to eat? Dominic Viera thinks, "You can't live in Florida and not pick an orange at least —
once in your life. It's not possible." Florida has many benefits, and even though it has #- --
its hot, blazing days, it's one of the best places to live and go on a vacation. = "rte
