Cheerleaders need stamina, flexibility, rhythm,
and, of course, school spirit. They need to be
outgoing and very loud. Not only do they cheer,
they also do tumbling and stunts. Tumbling
includes the basics, like cartwheels and round-
offs, to the more extreme moves like back hand-
springs and flips. Spirited uniforms and special
shoes are required along with pom-poms.
