Train to be strong
In the days leading up to a weightlifting meet, competitors must
work out and practice, much like Jessica Relyea (1), to gain their
strength. They must also strengthen all of the muscles in the
• body as Amber Flanagan (2) is doing. When the meet comes
around, lifters want to be strong enough to get the weight off the
• ground, like Kassey Raulerson (3).
