Zephyrhills High School. The transition from Wesley Chapel HS
allowed me to get to know the Zephyrhills community and the
pride it takes in its high school. The school is in a community
where family members have attended the school going back
three to four generations: grandparents, parents and students

"I have called Florida and Pasco County home for 20
years. This is my 5th year at ZHS and it has been an
especially fun year as we have seen vast improvement in
the areas of the athletics. Homecoming Week was spirited
as the intense but friendly rivalry between the classes was
evident on the dress-up days and in the float building.
What has been especially gratifying is the promotion of the
college-going atmosphere at ZHS. With the introduction of
the reknowned AVID program for this year's ninth graders,
as well as Infinity, the bar has been raised for all of the
students here at ZHS. More times than not we are seeing
