property duruig Com�any's work. Customer will manage and be responsi.ble for protection of vehicles and property expos�d to
damage by Company s s�•ork.
4�. Job Completion. Job cc�mpletion shall be the datr,on which Company's wor.k is substantially complete or the date of Company's
last item of work at the property,whichever is enrGer. Customer's failure tcs make prompt payment shall entitle Company,on the
forty-eight(48)hours'tiv�Ytten nohce,to stop wor.k.The Agreed Price shall be inereased by Company's reasonable costs to stop the
proJect and/or resume�vork. In the event Customer chooses not to pay fox•a part of the work, an individual line item; or a trade,
Customer releases Company of its obligations fc:�r the performance of the component with regard to the itttegrity of the building
System as a whole.
' S. Past Due Amounts. Custoiner agrees to pay a sen%ice charge of 18%on ali i�alances 30 days or more past due.Customer also a�,rees
to pay for all collectiori costs, mcluding emQloy�e: time and expense and all attomeys' fees and costs Company incurs in eidier
collechon of and/or protection of its interests in Customer's past due aceow�it or performance of this Ag;reement.
6. Hazardous Materials. I�fothing contained in this A�eement shall be constnied to require Company to detemune the presence or

Company's roofing material is apphed; faulty c�:�ndition of parapet walls; copings, chimneys, skylLghts, vents, supports or esther
parts of the building;vai��or condensation beneath the roof;penetrations for pitch boxes; erosion, crac;king and porosity of mortar
and brick; dry rot; stoppage of roof drains and gutters; penetration of tlie roof fmm beneath by rising fasteners of any rype;
inadec�uate drainage,slope or other conditions be�c�ond the control of Com��aily which cause ponding or standing water;termita:s or
other uisects;rodents or uther animals; fire; or hnrmful chemicals,oils, ac�.ds and the like that come into contact with Custo�ier's
roof and cause a leak or otherwise damage Customer's roof. If Customer's r�of fails to maintain a vratertight condition becau:;e of
daznage by reason of anv of the foregoing,Comp�ny's wananty shall imm�::diately become null and void for the balance of its term
unless such damage is 6.,r Company at the expense of Customer. Company accepts no liability to indemnif� or hold Custc�nler
harmless for claims or clamages to persons or pmperty, except to the exient that such damage occurs dunng performance of
Company's work and are the direct result of Conipany's enor or omission,Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall n��t be
responsible for damages to any area of the property upon wluch Compana's work has not been campleted, nor is the Company
responsible for damage• to flowers or landscapin�, or minor broken bralic•hes on trees, plants or shrubbery. In no event shall
Company be responsibl.e for any.type of damage r.,sulting form vibrations; :including,but not limited to,intenor drywall damage,
nail pops or disconnection of chunneys, flues, air ducts,ventilarion shafts, exhaust vents,fumace v�r.its or sewer vents. Custumer
understands and agrees ihat Company shall have no responsibility for damages of any kind to person or property occurring after 1ob
completion.
