The building Official would like to have either your lease notarized by the property owner or get a letter from property owner and it needs to be notarized. You did give us the lease but anyone may sign this. We want you to be covered as well as us in case something happened that the owner of property is aware of the property being used to store bin on. I do not have a permit with the FDEP nor a certificate�f exemption. We have never been required to have this as we are not a reseller. We are in compliance with the State. We are one of the only drop box operators in the state that working exclusively with charity organizations. All donations in our boxes are tax deductible and go directly to support the National Kidney Foundations of Florida. I have provided all the information that is at my disposal. If this is not enough information, I understand, its just a shame to see good organizations being displaced because of bad drop box operators.We pride ourselves on keeping our boxes clean, having proper documentation for every site, servicing our boxes at least weekly and always being available if any of our locations have any problems. I understand if this is not enough documentation for the permit for this box. Please let me know either way and I will have the box picked up with 3 business days of notice.
