- 'pll Iot improvement requests must be submitted no later than Wednesday by 2:p4 to

. 2:Ail requests are ta be submifted in the Emerald pointe office or Chairman of the Lot Impravement
� - Committee. The Chairman or committee member wili review the request, visit the site if necessary

i_- 3.Af#er the Comrr►ittee has recomrnended approva!or denial of the request, it wiii be presented to the Board of
� Directors for their approval or denia! Board wiA meet once a week for the!ot improvement applications.
4.There will be NO ane day appravals or last minut�appravals. Request may take 7 ta 14 days for
apprapriate review and consideratian, (if necessaryj thus giving the Committee and Board members time to
, review and cansider the req�rest in a thorotagh manner.
5.The ariginal request will be dated and signed as approued or denied, and after being copied the origina!wil!
go infa to the members file and the copy returned to the Lot owner by the Board of Director liaison ar the
Chairman of#he committee.
6.The committee will foUow up on requests to determine that the request as pcesented and approved is being
adhered to. -

7Any permit will be ACCEpTED FOR ARPROVAL be#ween October 15 and March 31 af each year,
however, each awner must understand and know there must be enough mernbers a##he Cammittee to
review and recommend to the Board for their approval.
8.Any changes made on a previously approved project must be resubmitted before beginning the j
