Zephyrhills,FL 33540 Proposal for Equipment Storage Building I'm pleased to provide a quote for a 12' x 20' storage building based upon the following construction details. l. Fioor system will be 2 x 6 pt(pressure treated for ground contact) lumber set on 24" centers with a deck of 3/4"pt plywood. The 2x6 joists will rest on concrete paver block and the structure will be anchored using tie down anchors that screw into the ground. 2. The walls will be 2 x 4 studs placed 16"on center. 3. The roof will be 2 x 4 rafters spaced 24"on center with a 1/2"osb sheating, roof underlayment,ridge vent(for ventilation), and shingles in a blue color to blend with the church's current roof color. Fascia will be lx4 fascia with an open soffit detail (rafter tails will be visible). 4. The exterior wall of the building will have LP Smartside siding(8' on center grooved siding)which will be painted to match the color of the church. Interior walls and ceiling/roof will be exposed framing. 5. One 8' (width)x 7' (height)roll up door will be installed. The roll up door will have a ramp of 3/4"pt plywood. One 3' steel door will be installed complete with an entry lockset. This single door allows the roll up door to be secured from the inside instead of locking with padlocks on the exterior which I believe will result in a more secure building. 6. One 32"x 14"window will be installed in the wall opposite the roll up door. 7. Two 14"x 14"louver vents will be installed in the gable ends. I propose to construct the 12' x 20' storage building for the cost of materials only for the sum of $4,500.00. Payment is to be paid when the work is complete. Permit costs or other fees will be in addition to the cost above.
