I.All requests are to be submitted in the Emerald pointe office or Chairman of the Lot impravement �i Committee. The Chairman or committee member will review the request, visit the site if necessary � #o clarify improvements and will present it to the Lot I mprovement Committee far their review on a weekty basis. 2.Any request which Is NQT�lled out properiy,wil!be returned to the applicant without an actian being taken. 3.After the Cammittee has recornmended approval or denial of the request, it will be presented to the Board of Directors for their appraval or deniaE Board wiil meet ance a week for the iot improvement applicatians. 4.There will be NO one day approvals ar last minute approvals.
