OR PREMISES #3, 4, 5 &6.
Due to neglect and faulty construction, the roof
system is likely to collapse and is causing water
intrusion into your mercantile food store. You have
endangered your employees (those working inside and
those attempting to repair the roof system) and the
public as a whole.
At this time, you are required to abate these
unsafe conditions. As part of the process of
abatement, the City of Zephyrhills is requiring you
to remove all loose materials from the roof and
hire a properly licensed, qualified contractor.
Said contractor may sign on existing permit #16796
or obtain a separate permit. Structural engineering
reflecting necessary repairs will be required. The
removal of loose items shall be completed within 10
days of receipt of notice and the required repairs
shall be completed within 60 days of receipt of I
notice. Furthermore, occupancy will be restricted
and there shall be no business conducted until said
repairs are complete and approved.
Failure to comply with this notice may result in
citations up to $500 . 00 dollars each day the
violations exist.
