I am processing a commercial check far a garbage dumpster rental business in the CRA located at 4718 Gall Bivd. They
are proposing to rent 26 yard residential home use garbage cantainers that wi11 be stored on site. i ehecked with
buiiding and these are construction dumpsters. I have checked the code and there is not a provision for this type of use
therefore I am denying the commercial check. However, since it is in the GRA, I wanted ta run this by you Gail to see if
you had any thoughts either way.

Derrick was in earlier today Chad. After reviewing your request to leave the window tint on, we have decided
to approve this. Our only request is that you utilize an additional color such as white to break up the
inonotone grey color on the exterior of the building. You could paint the window sills and the face of the
awning and some other areas to "spruce"up the front and inaking it more inviting.
So,painting as described above is to be performed in lieu of nuinber four below.
Please let me know when the list below is finished and I'll come back out and provided all is in order I will
sign off on the cormnercial check.
You have 10 days from last Thursday to perform the work according to code enforcement. If you need more
time, let me know asap so I can work with code enforcement for a few extra days.

want ta fashion a sign that can convey the message of garbage receptacle rentals.

2. Na-on site storage of garbage receptacles on the property. Receptacles sha1l be stored in a zoning district
that allow for such use.
3. Chapter 8.06.00 (8) 12. "No Trespassing" signs nat to exceed one(1) sign every 500 feet alang

are 100% covered with a reflective window tint. Remove tint and suggest installing blinds that can be closed
