CREWS and JAMIE R. CREWS are the present owners of the o m lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said TRAVIS D. CREWS and JAMIE R. CREWS, have requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1, 7 and 0 pi)w • WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said �� lands within the corporate limits of said City, .35 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED,by the City Council.of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: . - 3 SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate n Pasco County, , z�� Florida, to-wit: c 01 Parcel No.: 19-26-22-0000-00400-0010ro A portion ©f the Northwest:1/4 of Section 19, Township 26 South,. Range 22 East, Pasco w'"m County,Florida,being further described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section•19; thence along the South Boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 19, South 89° 47' 48" East, a distance of 528.83 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence North 00° 42' 16" East, a distance of 661.37 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of the Zephyrhills By-Pass East as described in Official Record 1824, page 1239 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence along the Southerly right-of-way line of said Zephyrhills By-Pass East the following-two courses and distances; North 88° 25' 06" E., 49.07 feet; thence 368.42 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,to the West boundary line of parcel 119.2 of the Zephyrhills By-Pass East as described in Official Record Book 1864, Page 1047, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, said curve having a radius of 2924.79 feet; a central angle of 07° 13' 02" and a chord of 368.18 feet which bears North 84° 48' 35" East; thence along the West boundary line of said parcel 119.2, South 08° 47' 56" East,a distance of 370.00 feet; thence a distance of 106.88 feet along the arc of a curve to the left to the Westerly boundary line of the Government Canal owned by the City of Zephyrhills as shown on the boundary survey(work order.No.: 5532zh),prepared by C. Fred Deuel and Associates, Inc., dated November 25, 1986, said curve having a radius of 3294.79 feet, a central angle of 01° 51' 31" and a chord of 106.87.feet which bears North 80° 16' 18" East,thence along the Westerly boundary line of said Government Canal, South 01° 09' O0" West, a dis:aria:,e of 350.52 feet to the South boundary line of the Northwesi 114 of said Section 19; thence along the South boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 19; North 89° 47' 48" West, a distance of 578.75 feet to the Point,of Beginning. The above described parcel contains 7.965 acres more or less. be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION 2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed Record and Return to: City Clerk's Office _ - 5335 8th Street Zephyrhills, FL 33540 OR BK 5291 Pc 1667 2 of 2 would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said • lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for said area. SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, has been given authority by the legislature of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be annexed, together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation duly e:.tipressed by Ordinancq:. SECTION 4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the boundary lines of said City are hereby redefined and extended so as to include said area of land within its territorial limits upon the final passage of this Ordinance. SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation for two (2) consecutive weeks and that proof of publication of this Ordinance shall be filed herein. SECTION 6: That upon the filing of the Proof of Publication and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of_same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy will be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
