WHEREAS, NELSON RYMAN and DOTTIE A. RYMAN, his wife, are the present a 9 owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 1, and ^• @`" (rr, WHEREAS, said NELSON RYMAN and DOTTIE A.RYMAN,his wife, have requested j and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1-Parcel 1, and CD WHEREAS, JAE AMBEMA, INC., a Florida corporation, is the present owner of the 2 o lands hereinafter described in Section 1-Parcel 2, and WHEREAS, an authorized agent of said JAE AMBEMA,INC.,a Florida corporation, has requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the lands herein described in Section 1-Parcel 2, and WHEREAS,the City Council approves the annexation of said lands and the inclusion of said lands within the corporate limits of said City, mrn ---0 I 0371 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City ``) of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in Pasco County, (,3-0 Florida, to-wit: a a ary Parcel No.: 1 c 1010+� Commence at the Southwest corner of Tract 17, Zephyrhills Colony Company•Lands,`in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page-55, Public Records of Pasco !CD"r County, Florida, thence S., 89° 53' 28" E., along the South boundary of said Tract 17, 579.78 feet for a Point of Beginning;thence N., 00° 21' 27" E., 30.00 feet; thence S., 89 53' 28" E•., 55.00 feet to the West Right-of-Way line of U.S. #301; thence S., 00° 21' 27" W., along said Right-of-Way 30.00 feet; thence N., 89° 53' 28" W., 55.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel No.: 2 The South 1/2 of Tract 17 of Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 6, Public Records=of Pasco County, Florida; less road right-of-way for U.S. Highway 301, and less the following described parcel: Commence at the Southwest corner of Tract 17, Zephyrhills Colony-Company Lands in Section 3, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page=55, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, thence S., 89° 53' 28" E., along the South boundary of said Tract 17, 579.78' for a Point of Beginning; thence N 00° 21' 27" E., 30.00'; thence S., 89° 53' 28" E., 55.00' to the West right-of-way line of U.S. #301, thence S., 00° 21' 27" W., along said right-of-way 30.00'; thence N., 89° 53' 28" W., 55.00'to the Point of Beginning, together with the right to reasonable ingress and egress over the South 1/2 of Tract 27 for the purpose of maintaining the advertising sign located upon the above described 30.00 feet by 55.00 feet parcel. Record and Return to: City Clerk's Office 5335 8th Street Zephyrhills, FL 33540 be, and the same are hereby annexed to and included within the boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, a municipal corporation. SECTION2: Said lands are contiguous to the present city limits of the City of Zephyrhills. That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same county as said City, and when annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owners of said lands contained in said area to be annexed have given written consent to have such annexation for said area. SECTION 3: That the City of Zephyrhills,Florida, has been given authority by the legislature of the state of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171.044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City I o T of Zephyrhills, to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the city limits or territorial boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in the area to be , N CO annexed,together with the approval of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, of said annexation (.0 , nom , duly expressed by Ordinance. SECTION4: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, r, to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the boundary lines of said City are hereby redefined and extended so as to include said area of land within its territorial e'°`` limits upon the final passage of this Ordinance. SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation for two (2) consecutive weeks and that proof of publication of this Ordinance shall be filed herein. SECTION 6: That upon the filing of the•Proof of Publication and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy:will be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
