ORDINANCE NO.: 7 3 3 -
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, •A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AMENDING
SECTION 51.076(C) OF THE "CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ZEPIWRHILLS,
FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, sitting
in regular meeting that:
Section 1: That Section 51.076(C) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, shall be deleted in its entirety and shall henceforth read as follows:
SECTION 51.076(C) Water Installation and Connection Charges:
(C) Charge for connection of irrigation meter: The charge for the connection
of a irrigation meter to the City water supply shall be $175.00.
Section 2: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section,
sentence, clause, or phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or •
ineffective, this holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the
Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City Council's intent that it would have
passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion of any invalid portion or
portions. .
Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
The foregoing Ordinance No. 733 was read and passed on its first reading by the
