GALL and ANNE S. GALL, are the present owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 (b), and WHEREAS, said LARRY A. BURNETTE and DORIS BURNETTE, his wife, have T. applied for rezoning of said parcels from County (AR)to City Community Commercial (C2). , WHEREAS, said OWEN E. GALL and ANNE S.
