WHEREAS, CONCIIRE,INC., is the.present owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described
(JED PITTMAN, PASCO COUNTY CLERIC)
in Section 1, and 05/18/99 04:21p■ 1 of 2

WHEREAS, said CONCIRE, INC., has applied for rezoning of said parcels from County
RMH to City R2 (Single Family Residential).
WHEREAS,the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the owner's application
for rezoning, and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council.of the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows: ; -_
SECTION 1: That the following described lands, lying and being situate in`Pasco County,
Florida, to-wit: •-
Parcel No.: 34-25-21-0000-00300-0000 ,
Commence at the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East,
Pasco County. Florida: Thence along the North line of said SF 1/4 N-89° 58' 35 193.17 feet
to the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301;thence along said line S-01° Q9' 30"-E. 25.00
feet to the South right-of-way line of Pretty Pond Road; thence along said line N-89° 58' 35"-W.
1092.00 feet;thence S-00° 07'42"-W. 1300.77 feet to the North boundary of Spanish Trails Village
as recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 59 and 60, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and the
, South line of the N-1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 34; thence along said line Nr 89° 58' 40"-W.
260.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue N-89° 58' 40"-W. 255.03 feet to the:East line
of the West 185.00 feet of the SE 1/4 ofNW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of said-Section 34; thence along said line

be, and the same are hereby rezoned and henceforth, said propertys' zoning designation shall be City
R2 (Single Family Residential).
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall become law upon being passed by the City Council
of the City of Zephyrhills after two (2) readings and execution by the presiding officer and the clerk
of that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166.041, Laws of Florida.
