DEVELOPMENT CODE OF` 'THE CITY OF

BY AMENDING THE REQUIREMEN I THAT
CITY COUNCIL SHALL APPOT TWO
ALTERNATES TO THE PLANNING

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrlulls, Flohd , sitting,in regular

meeting that: i
Section 1: The Zephyrhills Land Development Code is hereby amended'and shall henceforth read
as follows: •

Section 2: The above amendment shall be forwarded to the...State'of^F1cui4 la, Department of
Community Affairs for their appropriate review and comment.
Section 3: The provisions of this Ordinance are severable, and if any section, sentence, clause, or
phrase is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, invalid, or ineffective, this holding shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of the Ordinance, it being expressly declared to be the City
Council's intent that it would have passed the valid portions of this Ordinance without the inclusion
of any invalid portion or portions.
Section 4: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
