BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,.Florida,:sitting at regular
session as follows: ,

Section 1: That Ordinance No.: 408, Section 4, providing for-temporaru outdoor.sales is
hereby repealed and shall henceforth read as follows: :J. L •
4. TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SALES. Temporary out •cor sales s'. it be permitted,
but limited to:
a. Enterprises directly associated with traditional, local or national holidays or events.
b. Enterprises directly associated with a permanent permitted business of like service,or
. tF1'aitiJit�i.
c. Open air market/produce sales shall be permitted within a site specific business district,
i.e., Time Square Plaza,when held in conjunction with a Main Street marketing event. Such
events may be held only once per month on two consecutive days. Participating vendors with
permanent businesses located within the city limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be required
to obtain a permit but said permit fee shall be waived. Vendors with businesses located
outside of the city limits shall be required to pay the monthly permit fees. Permits fees for
non-resident vendors shall be$10.00 per month of participation and require registration with
the Building Official.
Section 2: That other provisions of said ordinance not herein amended or deleted, shall
remain in full force and affect.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective upon second reading and signing by the
Mayor.
