WHEREAS, WILLIAM F. NYE and- SHIRLEY B. ANSBACKER, are the owners in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1, and WHEREAS, said WILLIAM F. NYE and SHIRLEY B. ANSBACKER, have applied for rezoning of said parcel from R-4 €0 C-2, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approlval' of the owners application for rezoning, and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than. five percent ( 5%) of _ the total land areao.f thea- City _ of Zephyrhills - and the Cityis thereby empowered to rezare..`s,ame in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 ( 3) (c) 1.
