HomeMy WebLinkAbout493 Rezone – Wayne and Vivian Hamilton ��D o ORDINANCE NO. 493 b, �l7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, REZONING LANDS WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF SUCH LANDS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . WHEREAS, WAYNE M. HAMILTON and VIVIAN J. HAMILTON, are IIIthe owners of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 ,- and - WHEREAS , the Zephyrhills Planning Commissi'on has decreed 2i,„, in keeping with the surrounding properties/ 'arid= " the City' s Comprehensive Plan that the appropriate zoning for said property should be Residential 2 , and WHEREAS the property to be rezoned does involve less than five percent (5%) of the total land area of the _City of J Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to;rezone same in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by .the- City._ Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as _ follows :• / 1 SECTION 1 .
