WHEREAS, R-4 CORPORATION OF TYSON SUBDIVISION, INC. , is 111 the owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described in Section 1 , and W iREAS., 'the Zephyrhills- PlanningtCommission has decreed that in keeping with the surrounding properties and the City ' s Comprehensive Plan that the appropriate zoning for - said property should be Office/Professional (OP) as , same is defined in the Zoning Regulations of the City -fir Zephyrhills , originally adopted on July 28 , 1986 , and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve less than five percent (57) of the total land area=„of the 'City• -of, Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone same in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041 (3) (c) 1 . i , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida ' as follows : SECTION 1.
