Home My WebLink About512 Annex – Heinlein – strip joining parcel in Ordinance 503 x.03\ CM. 2 \ 6' ORDINANCE NO. 512 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, ANNEXING ADDITIONAL TERRITORY TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THE OWNERS OF SUCH LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 171 .044 , LAWS OF FLORIDA. WHEREAS, HERMAN HEINLEIN is the owners of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 and has requested and consented to the annexation by the City of Zephyrhills of the land hereinafter described in Section 1 , and WHEREAS , such annexations are authorized by Florida Statute 171 .044, of the laws of Florida and the municipal Charter , and WHEREAS , the City Council approves the annexation of said land and the inclusion of said land within the corporate limits of said City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . That the following described land , lying and being situate in Pasco County , Florida, to-wit : Lot 1 of the unrecorded subdivison of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 12 , Township 26 South , Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows : The South 148 . 32 feet of the West 2 . of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 . of the Northeast t of Section 12, Township 26 South , Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida, LESS the South 20.00 feet thereof for road right of way and being SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress over and across the East 15 .00 feet thereof and the West 15 . 0 feet thereof . AND Lots 6 through 10 of the same unrecorded subdivison of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 12 , Township 26 South , - Range 21 East , Pasco County, Florida, being collectively described as follows : The East 2 of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of the Northeast 4 of Section 12 , Township 26 South, Range 21 East , Pasco County , Florida, LESS the South 20.00 feet thereof for road right of way , and being SUBJECT TO an easement for ingress and egress over and across the West 15 .00 feet thereof . be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the � Record and Return to .City Clerk`s Office` , ;`5335 •8th Street Zeptiyrhi 1 1"s, FL 33540 1 O. R. 1848 PG 0094 boundaries of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida , a municipal corporation. SECTION 2 . Said lands are contiguous to the present City limits of the City of Zephyrhills . That said lands are now unincorporated and lie in the same County as said City, and when annexed would form a compact addition to the incorporated territory of said City. That the owner of said land contained in said area to be annexed hasagreed to have such area annexed and the City Council does hereby approve the annexation for said area. SECTION 3 . That the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, has been given authority by the Legislature of the State of Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 171 .044 and pursuant to the Charter of the City of Zephyrhills to annex contiguous areas to said City and to extend the City limits or territorial boundaries upon receipt of a written consent of all owners of land contained in _t.he_- a_rea - to ___be- annex•ed--, - together with the approval of City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , of said annexation duly expressed by Ordinance . SECTION 4. That it is the intention of the City Council of Zephyrhills , Florida, to annex the above-described lands to said City within its territorial limits and the , :boundary lines of said City are hereby redefined and extended so as,`,tp. include said area of land within its territorial limits upon the final passage of this Ordinance . SECTION 5 . That this Ordinance shall be published in the Zephyrhills News for four (4) consecutive weeks and that Proof of Publication of this Ordinance shall be filed herein. SECTION 6 . That upon the filing of the Proof of Publication and final adoption of this Ordinance , a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida and a copy will be forwarded to the Department of State , Tallahassee , Florida.
