. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,. ,RE_ZONIJG LANDS
WITHIN SAID CITY, PURSUANT TO THE REQUEST OF THEE' OWNERS OF- SUCH
LAND AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166 .041 ( 3 ) (c) I..
WHEREAS, OAKLEY GROVES, INC. , a Florida Corporation, is the
owner in fee of the lands hereinafter described-in Section l,:and
WHEREAS, said OAKLEY GROVES, INC. , a Florida -Corporation has
applied for rezoning of said parcel from County AR to City C2,
and
__ _ __ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of
the owners application for rezoning, and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned does involve les-s-_-than
five percent ( 5%) of the total land area :of the City of
Zephyrhills and the City is thereby empowered to rezone-"same -in

accordance with Florida Statute 166 . 041 (3 ) (c) -1-1.(c) -1-1. '

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED' by - . the City
Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
. being situate in Pasco County,. Florida, to-wit:
Commencing at a point on the West right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway 301 at the intersection of the North boundary of Spanish
Trails Village, as recorded in Plat Book 13 , Pages 59 and 60,
Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, being in the SE i of
Section 34, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, thence. along the
North boundary of Spanish Trails Village, N-89°58 ',,4-0"---Wam, ,843 .32
feet, for a Point of Beginning; thence continue . N-89°58 '- .0"-W. ,
300 . 00 feet, thence N-00°09 ' 28"-E. , 1300 .78--feet to the-, South
right-of-way line of Prett Pond Road, as : now located, -thence
along said line S-89 58 ' 35"-E. , 300.00 feet," thence
S-00 09 ' 28"-W. , 1300. 77 feet to the Point of --".Beginn-ing,
containing 8 .958 acres more or less.

SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become law upon being
passed by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three
(3 ) read-ing-s--and- execution by the "presiding- cffic-, and the cl—a-r k--
of that body -in accordance with Florida Statute 166 .041, Laws of
Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance No. 540 was read and passed on
its first reading in open and regular meeting by the City Council
