ORDINANCE NO. 464

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING ZONING FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
(C-2 ) , IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTE 166. 041,
LAWS OF FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, UNITY LANES, INC. , is the present owner of the lands
herein described in Section One, and has caused said_ property. to
be annexed into the corporate city limits of. ._'the City ',of
Zephyrhills, and -
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Zephy~`hills`;
has decreed that the property described in Section On.;e, should
zoned Community Commercial (C-2 ) , in keeping with the - City ' s
Comprehensive Plan and the surrounding properties .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City
Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
SECTION 1. That the following described lands, lying and
being situate in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 1: The South 3/5 of that part of Tract. 24 Of
Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands being a subdivision in
Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, lying East _.
of the right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 301, LESS the
South 15 feet thereof '
Parcel ' 2 : The South 15 feet of Tract 24 of Zephyrhills'
Colony Company Lands, in Section 2, Township 26'=-South,
Range 21 East, according to the map or plat thereof- s :_
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco
County, Florida, lying East of the right-of-way line of
U.S. Highway 301
BE, and the same are hereby designated zoned Community
Commercial (C-2 ) in accordance with the Zoning regulations of the
City of Zephyrhills, dated July 28, 1986 and incorporated by
reference into Zephyrhills City Ordinance No. 397, known as 'the •
"City of Zephyrhills Zoning Ordinance" .
SECTION 2 . This Ordinance shall become law upon being,passed
by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills after three ( 3J
readings and execution by the presiding officer and the' clerk of
that body in accordance with Florida Statute 166. 041, Laws of
9 d( Florida.

first reading in open and regular meeting by 'the City Council of
