FOLED F9B RE-CORD ORDINANCE NO. 325 Qc72J « 59mi '8j AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL CORPORA- • _ TION, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPORATE Ill LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF OWNER OF SAID LANDS ; PROVIDING FOR REDEFIN- ING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, AFTER ADOPTION, FILING WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE. WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 044 does provide a procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the 0/ corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of 0 Q an ordinance annexing same , and WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : 1 . That the following parcels of real property be " annexed to the City of Zephyrhills , pursuant to Petition)' filed by the owner of said lands and approved by the City y Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, said real property and owner of same being as follows : The South 1/4 of the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10 , Township 26 South , Range 21 East . said lands being owned by Luther H. Downs and Ruth M. Downs..• _ 2 . That it is hereby deemed to be in the best interest a of the City of Zephyrhills that the lands above-described be _ :1 ..-_- _ <7 ,...1 - annexed to and become a part of the City of Zephyrhills . That this ordinance shall be published for four consecutive weeks and that proof of the publication of this ordinance be filed herein prior to final hearing of this ordinance. 5 .
