CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, .A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND ,TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY, UPON PETITION OF OWNER OF SAID LANDS : PRO- , VIDING FOR REDEFININGOF' BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE, SAID PROPERTY: PROVIDING _ III FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, AFTER ADOPTION, FILING WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE. -- - - —WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171. 044. does-provide a procedure - - whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of an ordinance annexingsame, and . WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills, and • WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : 1. That upon the filing of proof of publication and final adoption. of -this ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
