T 'h b N ORDINANCE NO. 341 go, g- •.. .a _: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE . j tn CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, A MUNICIPAL, r CORPORATION, ANNEXING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY UPON PETITION OF OWNER OF SAID LANDS ; PRO- VIDING FOR REDEFINING OF BOUNDARY LINES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF SAID ORDINANCE, AFTER ADOPTION, FILING WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND DEPARTMENT OF STATE. WHEREAS , Florida Statute 171 . 044 does provide a procedure CO whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the CO corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed CD to said City upon Petition of said owner and the adoption of an ordinance annexing same , and WHEREAS , a certain owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , has by Petition requested the annexation of said lands to lithe City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed. it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : 1 . That the following parcel of real property be annexed to the City of Zephyrhills , pursuant to Petition filed by the owner of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida, said real property and owner of same being as follows :, JUDSON B. That this ordinance shall be published for four consecutive weeks and that proof of the publication of this ordinance be filed herein prior to final hearing of this ordinance . 4 .
