MAY BE OCCUPIED, THE SIZE OF YARDS , COURTS , . AND OTHER.OPEN SPACES , THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS , STRUCTURES , AND LAND AND WATER FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE AND OTHER PURPOSES WITHIN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS-, - FLORIDA. �L ppb C` V� 0 BE IT KNOWN: 00 That, WHEREAS , a zoning ordinance has heretofore been enacted and ordained for the regulation of size , location and use of buildings and open spaces and the density of population within the City of Zephyrhills ; and WHEREAS , the City Council has conducted numerous publicY'�' J hearings and has given the matter much study and after careful .,`, study and deliberations found that a zoning set-back change is necessary and desirable for the promotion and preservation of the•,e, health, safety, morals and/or the general welfare of the City of Zephyrhills ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida: SECTION 1 .
