EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Zephyrhills sitting in regular session as follows :
1 . Pursuant to Section 6 , subsections 4 and 5 ,
of the Zephyrhills Comprehensive Planning Ordinance pro-

LO viding for the rezoning of properties within the City of
CO Zephyrhills and pursuant to the authorization for the City
Council to initiate the original action and the City finding
that the CityPlanningCommission has considered the

change and made its final report to the City Council and the,

1 . Any ordinance or part thereof in conflict
herewith is hereby amended to the extent above set forth.
2 . This ordinance ---shall become law_ upon, being
duly passed and signed by the Mayor.
The foregoing Ordinance No . 306 was read and
passed on its first reading by the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida, on the 11th day of August , 1980 .
