ALSO SPECIFYING EFFECTIVE DATE . 411 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, pursuant to 168.031 Florida Statutes, 1972, has certified to the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, its intention to abolish the Zephyrhills, Florida, Municipal Court, prior to January 1 , 1977, and WHEREAS, it is still the intention of the City Council 111 of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, to abolish the Zephyrhills Municipal Court. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows : SECTION 1 . Pursuant to Florida Statutes 168.031 (2) the Municipal Court of the City of Zephyrhills is, hereby, now abolished. SECTION 2. That also pursuant to Florida Statutes 168.031 (2), this ordinance shall become effective on the sixtieth (60th) day after adjournment, sine die, of the 1974 regular session of the Florida Legislature. SECTION 3. That within ten (10) days after passage of this ordinance, a certified copy of the same shall be forwarded by the City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Florida.
