Ordinance annexing same, and WHEREAS, a certain owner of real property of lands contig- uous to the' corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills has, by Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills, and ' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to •the best interest of said City that the lands de- scribed . on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of ,the City of Zephyrhills. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, as follows : _ 1 .
