'. to XV WHEREAS, Florida Statute 171 . 16 does provide a procedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, may be annexed to said City, upon Petition of said owners, and the adoption of an Ordinance annexing same, and WHEREAS, certain owners of real property of lands contig- uous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, has by Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of III Zephyrhills, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills had deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands de- scribed on said Petition be annexed withing the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills. , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, as follows : 1 . That the following parcels of real property be annexed to the City of Zephyrhills, pursuant to Petitions filed by the owners of said lands and approved by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, said real property and owners of same being as follows : Begin at the SE corner of the. NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, thence run North 470 feet, thence West 375 feet to a poing of beginning, thence North 130 feet, thence West 55 feet, thence South along County Road 130 feet, thence East 103 feet to the point of begin- ning, said lands also known as Lot No. 30. said lands being owned by MAY BELL WILLIS,. a single woman. That upon adoption of this Ordinance, the boundary lines of the corp- orate limits of the City of Zephyrhills shall be redefined so as to include the real property described above. 3. That this Ordinance shall be published in the Zephyr- hills News for four (4) consecutive weeks, and that proof of the publication of this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final. read- ing of this Ordinance. 4. That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed `, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
