Oro-r' cedure whereby all owners of real property being contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills , may be annexed to said City, 'upon Petition of said Owners, and the adoption of an Ordinance annexing same, and WHEREAS, a certain Owner of real property of lands contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills has , by Petition, requested the annexation of said lands to the City of Zephyrhills , and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills has deemed it to the best interest of said City that the lands described on said Petition be annexed within the corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED- BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF • THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, as follows : 1. That this Ordinance shall be published in the Tampa Tribune for four consecutive weeks, and that proof of the publication of this Ordinance be filed herein prior to final reading of this Ordinance. 4 : That upon the filing of Proof of Publication, and final adoption of this Ordinance, a copy of same shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, and a copy be forwarded to the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida The foregoing Ordinance No. 254 was read and passed on its first reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyr hills, Florida, on the 8th day of December, 1975.
