AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AMENDING
SECTION 19-19(a) (1 ) OF THE CODE' OF THE
CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS PROVIDING FOR THE
INCREASE IN SEWER RATES FOR RESIDENCE FROM
FROM TWO DOLLARS AND 50/100 ($2.50) TO
THREE DOLLARS AND 50/100 ($3.50) PER MONTH;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-19(a) (1 ) , sewer
charges levied on residence were set at the amount of, two dol-
lars and 50/100 ($2.50) per month, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it necessary to

increase said sewer rates as same applied to residences from
the present two dollars and 50/100 ($2.50) per month to three
dollars and 50/100 ($3.50) per month .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION 1 : That Section 19-19(a) (1 ) of the Code of the
City of Zephyrhills be and the same is, hereby, now amended to
read as follows :
1 . All residential units, including
homes of all types, mobile homes
and apartments $3 50
SECTION 2 : That this ordinance shall become effective
January 1 , 1976.
The foregoing Ordinance No. 256 was read and passed
on its first reading by the City Council of. the City of Zephyr- '
hills, Florida, on. the day o � 197 5 .
