AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, REQUIRING ALL DWELLING
UNITS AND COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS TO INSTALL
ON THE PREMISE THE STREET NUMBER ASSIGNED TO
SAID DWELLING UNIT OR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT;
PROVIDING THAT THE CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR SHALL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSIGNING THE NUMBERS TO SAID
DWELLING UNITS OR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF; ALSO PRO-
VIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION 1 : That all dwelling units and commercial
establishments shall attach to the premise upon which said dwel-
ling unit and commercial establishment are constructed, the
number assigned to said dwelling unit or commercial establishment.
SECTION 2 : That said numbers when attached to said prem-
ises shall be clearly visible from the street fronting said prem-
ises.
IIISECTION 3 : That the Building Inspector of the City of
Zephyrhills shall be responsible for assigning said street num-
bers referred to in Section '1 and 2 above.
SECTION 4: Any person violation this ordinance upon
conviction thereof, shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) .
SECTION 5 : That this ordinance shall become effective
on the 1st day of April,. 1976..
