Re-roof Approx.5,000 Sq.Ft.Clubhouse Using 40 GAF Timberline HD Asphalt Shingles
1. Remove all existing roofing materials;Asphalt shing�es,underlayment,drip edge,roof vents and flashings. ��
Haul away all job related debris.
2. Replace any rotted plywood sheathing,(10)4'x 8'sheets of%"CDX plywood are included in proposal.
Additional wood replacement to be completed @$50 per 4'x 8'sheet installed,upon home owner
approval.
3. Re-nail entire roof sheathing with 8d round head ring shank nails 6"o.c.
4. Install synthetic shingle underlayment over prepared roof sheathing.
5. Install all new lead boot flashings,GVR vents and 6"eave drip.
6. Install GAF Timberline HD 40 YR"Dimensional Shingles(color:to be specified) ,
7. Install 80'of GAF Cobra Ridge Runner shingle over roof ventilation to reduce heat build-up and insure
maximum roof performance.
